How can someone get a translator for a USA tourist visa interview? Is there any form to fill out or do they give a translator during interview time?
The officer who interviews the visa applicant will usually speak and understand the most common local language. If not, another officer or a local conemployee will probably be able to translate. If the language is obscure enough, the conofficer might still find, somewhere in the embassy/consulate, an employee who has it.I remember an instance when the only employee who spoke both the primary local language and the very rare language of the visa applicant was one of the oldest, shyest, most reticent, lowest-level gardeners. He was so proud of the officers• need of and appreciation for that rare skill that one time, that he began to dress better, stand straighter, feel and act more confident, and volunteer for and learn from special, complicated jobs. He eventually earned a permanent promotion to head gardener and did an excellent job at it.
What are the documents my USA wife needs to fill out for a spouse visa for me outside of the US?
U.S. Citizen Petition for a SpouseEverything as mentioned in the link
Why isn't the U.S. accepting refugees and helping out with the migrant crisis in Europe?
States control immigration by simple economic principles. Welcome are immigrants that are economically exploitable and beneficial for the society. Not welcome are immigrants that add no value but are rather an economic burden. While sovereign states have the right to control economically motivated immigration, the situation is different for refugees. By international law, refugees have the right to seek asylum from persecution. Though western democracies, including the US have nailed their flag to the mast of respect for human rights and other high moral grounds, refugees are not welcome. In the short term, an influx of refugees adds no value, is an economic burden, and may results in social tensions. If the influx of refugees becomes too strong, states can't control and stop them. Consequently, neighboring states bear the largest burden of a refugee crisis. In March 2022. Turkey holds 1.8 million refugees, Lebanon holds almost 1.2  million, and Jordan has over 630,000. A small country like Jordan with 6 million inhabitants accepted twice as many refugees as the EU with about 500 million inhabitants. The USA only accepted 1500 Syrian refugees since 2022. In contrast, alone the German capital Berlin gave home to more refugees in July 2022 than the USA in 4 years. The capacities of the neighboring states are more than saturated and their aid  organizations are pushed beyond the limit. As a consequence, Syrians  begin to move further afield in order to find help and safety. Many of them try to reach Europe and risk their life on deadly routes. The EU as the USA both follow a policy of closure. In the best case they admit a small amount of alibi refugees. Meanwhile the strict asylum policy of the EU collapsed due to the increasing influx of refugees. Since then we talk about a "refugee crisis", indicating that refugees are the problem and not the inhuman asylum policy of western democracies that aim at protection from refugees rather than protection for refugees. The superpower USA hides away by regarding the refugee crisis as a European problem. They evade their responsibility by claiming that terrorists will be infiltrated by accepting Syrian refugees.About 60% of all refugees coming to Europe are from Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Somalia. The US played an active role in the policy of these regions. They invaded, bombed, devastated, and helped to create chaos in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Somalia. They support questionable groups to bring about a regime change in Syria and are meanwhile actively involved in the civil war. The majority of the people in these regions do not want "help" by the US.  The US together with its allies is co-producing the masses of refugees in the name of democracy, human rights, and other high moral grounds. But when it comes to very simple measures to apply human rights like protecting Syrian refugees, western democracies, in particular the US failed miserably.
After filling out the F3 category, can we visit the USA through a visiting visa?
You will need to apply for a b1/2.
Can a refugee holding a UK Travel Document get a visa on arrival (ETSA) to USA, and visit countries that UK citizens can visit, without a visa?
You may not get the chance to even fly out of UK. Visa and inspections for flights coming into USA are very strict. Homeland Security always has the list of all passengers heading to USA before any overseas plane landed. This way, those “questionable” or “wanted” people can be transferred to secondary inspection and be processed accordingly.Always remember this, even if you are granted a VISA to enter the US, the VISA itself is not an automatic grant of entry. There are people being send back as quickly as they arrives every day.Several years ago, there was a woman holding UK passport heading to Los Angeles. On arrival this UK citizen was sent to secondary inspection, handcuff, taken to downtown Federal Immigration jail. She was send back to London few days later. The reason - she was a reporter coming to the US to report news back to UK. Homeland Security found that she has no “work visa” and hence deported her even though UK has a no visa requirement for travel to the US.There was another occasion, I saw an “INDIAN” with a Canadian passport being turn around and send back to Canada. This “Indian” man was trying to bring his “old” mother with a valid visa to US. The immigration authorities send them back because they believe , these people will stay and never return back to their country.
Why do some people think it’s wrong to keep people out of the USA without a visa?
Nothing is wrong with that, unless of course you think the only people who are illegal are “border hopping Mexicans.” Don't kid your self into thinking that trump wants to keep illegals out, he wants to keep Latinos and Muslims out. If he wanted to keep illegals out, he wouldn't build a stupid fucking wall. Most undocumented immigrants came here legally. They get a visa and just overstay their visa. You think a wall will stop that? Also noticed where this wall is being built. Along the border with our nonwhite neighbors. You think Canadians can't be undocumented? And the whole notion of undocumented immigrants stealing our taxes and benefits a patently false. In fact, this group of people probably makes the biggest contribution to the US tax base because they pay taxes (they absolutely do), with out receiving a dime later. They don't get social security, they don't get welfare, they don't get Medicaid/Medicare, they don't get anything that requires a social security number. They don't bring any drugs or crime. Crime amongst immigrants (legal or not) is far lower than in natural born Americans. In fact a girl from Texas just graduated as valedictorian despite being undocumented. Where did she smuggle drugs, commit murders, laundered money? You want to keep undocumented immigrants out? Make it easier for them to become citizens. It's extremely difficult to get a greencard or become a citizens, especially if you're non white. Even the rebuplican God Ronald Reagan saw this and granted amnesty to illegal immigrants. So there is nothing wrong with wanting to crack down on illegal immigration but there is something wrong with using illegal immigrants as a euphemism for Mexicans and Latinos. There is something wrong with wanting to keep out groups of people because they are non-white. There is a problem with insinuating that an entire group of people is nothing more than drug running, raping psychopaths. There is absolutely something wrong with saying that children of immigrants are not citizens, when it is guaranteed by our constitution. There is absolutely something wrong when a US presidential candidate is spewing these blatantly false lies about entire groups of people. Cracking down on illegals is not the reason why trump is racist and xenophobic, his rhetoric is.And want more proof that by illegal alien he means non-whites: this past weekend, an illegal alien attempted to kill trump in Las Vegas. He wasn't from Mexico, he wasn't from Honduras, no he wasn't anywhere from South America. He was from the UK. Did trump even address this? Absolutely not. Not so much as an utterance. When the Orlando shooting occurred, he made a huge deal about how right he was. Last year an undocumented migrant from Latin America accidentally shot and killed a girl in, I think, San Francisco. Trump was all over that like stink on shit. A white Anglo Saxon man who is also undocumented attempts to shoot and kill trump? Nothing. No lauding about how right he was, no shouting that the wall just got 10ft taller, nothing.EDIT: some people commented that Canadians are rarely illegal imigrants. While that wasn't to say that Canadians are a huge source of illegal immigration, just to say that it does happen. However, while doing some fact checking, I discovered, incidentally, that Canadians make up a large proportion of visa over stays: https://www.dhs.gov/sites/defaul...In fact the amount of over stays from Canada surpasses Mexico (99,906 vs Mexico’s 45,272)
How do I fill out the New Zealand visa form?
Hi,Towards the front of your Immigration Form there is a check list. This check list explains the documents you will need to include with your form (i.e. passport documents, proof of funds, medical information etc). With any visa application it’s important to ensure that you attach all the required information or your application may be returned to you.The forms themselves will guide you through the process, but you must ensure you have the correct form for the visa you want to apply for. Given that some visa applications can carry hefty fees it may also be wise to check with an Immigration Adviser or Lawyer as to whether you qualify for that particular visa. The form itself will explain which parts you need to fill out and which parts you don’t. If you don’t understand the form you may wish to get a friend or a family member to explain it to you. There is a part at the back of the form for them to complete saying that they have assisted you in the completion of it.If all else fails you may need to seek advice from a Immigration Adviser or Lawyer. However, I always suggest calling around so you can ensure you get the best deal.
